There's a world of marketing challenges beyond the Fortune 500 — and that's exactly where I want to work.

After two decades leading marketing strategy for global brands like American Express, Lenovo, Microsoft, and UPS — working across the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia — I started to notice something. The expertise, tools, and outside perspective that large companies took for granted were often out of reach for the companies that needed them most.

Mid-sized companies with real marketing budgets and real growth ambitions, but without access to the kind of senior, cross-industry experience that could help them see what they were missing. I founded The Juniper Consultancy to close that gap.

That outside perspective is something I've relied on throughout my career. When UPS needed to build brand presence in China as a Tier 3 Olympic sponsor — a position where playing by the standard rules wasn't going to work — we found a different way. Five rotating boxes across ten locations generated local TV coverage, a Wall Street Journal front-page feature, and recognition as the most innovative activation in the IPSOS Olympic Study. Not because we had the biggest budget, but because we weren't limited by conventional thinking.

That's what I bring to every engagement.

I work directly with leadership to identify what's slowing growth and make changes stick — from workflow redesign to agency optimization to restructuring how marketing operates at scale.

  • 22% reduction in CAC and 30%+ acquisition improvement for a challenger credit card issuer through agency optimization

  • 25% YOY improvement in client satisfaction and $100M in new business billings at a Beijing global agency office

  • 10% ad spend savings across 20 markets for a global lending brand

  • 10–15% increase in campaign ROAS for a national mobile service provider

I work as an independent consultant — which means when you bring me in, you get me, not a junior team. The senior perspective is the point.
